October 2017: Keep Lewisville Beautiful awarded local Boy Scout Matthew Glassman a $500 John Boehm Youth Grant to create pollinator garden at the Senior Center at Memorial Park as part of his Eagle Scout project. Glassman worked with the City of Lewisville, Keep Lewisville Beautiful, Site One Landscape Supply, and local scouts, who contributed 243 volunteer hours planning and installing the new landscape for residents to enjoy. Keep Lewisville Beautiful would like to thank Glassman and commend him for his hard work in designing, planning, and installing this pocket pollinator garden.
